Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by an order passed by the first respondent in favour of the private respondents herein. This Court informed the petitioner that the writ as such is not maintainable. Because he has to challenge the order passed against him by the first respondent.

3. The petitioner's counsel states that he has not been furnished with the copy of the same. Therefore, even while https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.8945 of 2020 dismissing this Writ Petition, this Court directs the learned Government Advocate to serve a copy of the order passed by the first respondent to the petitioner's counsel immediately and without any delay. It is open to the petitioner herein to question the same in the manner known to law.

4. With this direction, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the case. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
