This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the complaint and take action based on the petition given by the petitioner dated 27.04.2022.
2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police on 27.04.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.
3. In view of the same, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
