ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as sole accused, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.03.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 376, 506(i) of IPC r/w Section 4 of POCSO Act 2012, in Crime No.5 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused had forcibly taken the daughter of the de-facto complainant, who is aged about 11 years and said to have committed rape and made a life threat. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he is in custody for the past one month. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent has submitted that the alleged victim has given a statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C with regard to the alleged occurrence . 5.Considering the nature of the allegation made against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and hence, this petition is dismissed.
