ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks electricity service connection for the petition mentioned premises. The learned Standing Counsel would state that the application already given by him, had lapsed. He also would point out that the petitioner failed to upload the necessary documents.

3. I find force in the said stand taken by the learned Standing Counsel. But then the petitioner cannot be denied the electricity connection. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would make a fresh online application along with necessary revenue records. He also would remit the necessary charges also. If the petitioner complies with all the formalities, the third respondent shall grant electricity service connection to the petitioner as prayed for.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
