COMMON ORDER Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, these Writ Petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioners challenge the impugned communications issued by the third respondent, whereby, the petitioners had been informed that challenge to the No Objection Certificates issued in favour of the writ petitioners will have to be defended by themselves and if they failed to do so certain adverse consequences will follow. The impugned communications by itself do not visit the writ petitioners with any negative consequences. As and when any consequential order is passed, it is always open to the writ petitioners to move this Court. The petitioners, in my view, have prematurely filed these Writ Petitions. As and when the cause of action ripens, it is always open to the petitioners to move this Court for relief. Therefore, the writ petitions stand dismissed at the admission stage without notice to the respondents herein. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the case. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
