ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to file a final report and issue a certificate to that effect to the petitioner in Crime No.320 of 2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires six months time to complete the investigation.
