Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner made an application before the respondents to survey the petition mentioned property. The surveyor has surveyed the said land. Again the petitioner has filed the present petition for the same relief.

2.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition.
