The temple has filed a suit for recovery of possession. Both the Courts had rendered judgment in favour of the plaintiff. Aggrieved over the same, the second appeal is preferred by the defendants 5 and 6. 2.Pending second appeal, E.P. was filed and the temple has taken possession of the land. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, the second appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
