O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to grant permission and necessary protection to perform the cultural programme (i.e.) Adal Padal on 11.04.2023 at 07.00PM to 10.00PM in the evening of Arulmigu Sri Periyamuthumariamman Pari Yedupu Kovil Thiruvizha ,Puduvayal, Palaiyur, Kandanur, Sivagangai District, consider the petitioners representation dated 03.04.2023.

2. Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) takes notice for the respondents and submitted that for the very same event W.P.(MD).No.5258 of 2023 has been filed and obtained order on 13.03.2023, by this Court. By suppressing the above said fact, the come forward with the present petition.

3.By suppressing the earlier order of this Court granting permission for the same event, this petition has been filed by the 2/4

petitioner. It is clear abuse of process of Court and law. Therefore, this Court is inclined to dismiss the petition with cost. 4.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) as cost to the credit of High Court Legal Services Authority, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai.
