ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, submitted that on the complaint of the third respondent, the petitioner was called for an enquiry and the enquiry was closed as a family dispute on 25.03.2026 and the petitioner would not be called for any further enquiry.
