O R D E R

The wife, who is the respondent in H.M.O.P.No.43 2017, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Pudukkottai seeks transfer of the same to the Subordinate Court, Thirumangalam. Even in the original petition, the wife is shown to be the resident of Thirumangalam Taluk.

2. Considering the convenience of the wife, the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.43 of 2017 are withdrawn from the file of the Subordinate Court, Pudukkottai and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Thirumangalam. The learned Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai is directed to despatch the papers in H.M.O.P.No.43 of 2017 to the Subordinate Court, Thirumangalam within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
