ORDER

The petition has been filed by the husband seeking to transfer the case in H.M.O.P.No.86 of 2020 from the file of the Sub Court, Theni to the file of Sub Court, Thirumangalam to be tried alongwith H.M.O.P.No.622 of 2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent denies all the averments made in the petition filed before the court below and also the allegations made in the Transfer Petition, however, he would submit that the respondent has no objection for the petition seeking transfer being ordered. 4.In view of the above submissions, the petition is ordered. H.M.O.P.No.86 of 2020 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Theni and transferred to the file of Sub Court, Thirumangalam to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.622 of 2017 and for disposal as per law. The learned Sub Judge, Theni is directed to transmit the papers to the Sub Judge, Thirumangalam forthwith. The learned Sub Judge, Thirumangalam is directed to dispose both the cases on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Transfer C.M.P.(MD) No.327 of 2021 merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. The connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
