2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing on either side would submit that the matter has already been settled between the parties, before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench.

3. Recording the said submission, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. The Mediation Agreement entered into between the parties shall form part of this order. No costs.
