O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the detenue namely Tamilarasi, daughter of Arumugasamy,(aged 31 years) before this Court and set her at liberty. 2.Heard Mr.P.Banu Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr.V.Neelakandan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2/Police and perused the materials available on record.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would state that the detenue namely Tamilarasi was working as a Teacher in Panchayat Union Middle School, Jambooth, Dharmapuri District and she is aged about 31 years and she married the third respondent, who was also working https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.(MD) No.522 of 2020 in the same school. It is also stated that the detenue and the third respondent had appeared before the second respondent/Police and gave statements. The said statements have been furnished for perusal of this Court.

4.In the light of the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
