This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 29.04.2025 in WP(MD) No.12972 of 2025

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent and accordingly, the respondent issued the proccedings dated 09.04.2026.

3. Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 09.04.2026.
