Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to return the vehicle Tractor and Trailor Model of Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd make bearing Reg.No.TN 58 Y 4313 and Trailor bearing Reg.No.TN 31 B 4793 to the petitioner based on the Petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2020, subject to the condition to be imposed by this Court within a reasonable time frame. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner seeks return of petition mentioned vehicle.
3. The learned Government Advocate states that the petitioner is having previous cases of the same nature. Hence, I am not inclined to grant relief in these proceedings. It is stated that the vehicle is in the custody of the 3rd respondent. Hence, the 3rd respondent is directed to produce the vehicle before the jurisdictional Court immediately. Thereafter, the petitioner can file a petition for return of vehicle, before the jurisdictional Court. The said petition shall be disposed of on merits within a period of 10 days thereafter.

4. With this direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
