COMMON PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime Nos.196, 197 and 198 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.
COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who was arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody on 12.04.2021 for the offences punishable under Section 379 of I.P.C., in Crime Nos.196, 197 and 198 of 2021, respectively, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused said to have stolen some goats which belongs to the de-facto complainants. Hence, the complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.
4.This is the second bail applications and the earlier petitions were dismissed by this Court on 05.05.2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) Nos.6376, 6420 and 6457 of 2021.
5.Taking note of the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
