ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 498 (A),403 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.8 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the marriage between the petitioner and the defacto complainant was solemnized in the year 2008 and they were blessed with three children. The petitioner had affair with the second accused. The petitioner had sold out his properties and given that money to other accused persons. Further he has also filed HMOP No.2 of 2023 seeking divorce before Family Court, Sivagangai and harass the defacto complainant to give divorce, hence the case.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is having six previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
