No.3795 of 2021:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed uner section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to grant an extension of time granted in the order made in Crl.OP(MD).No. 6762 of 2021 dated 12.05.2021 in Crime No. 228 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police Prayer CRL OP(MD).No.6762 of 2021 :- Criminal Original Petition is filed uner section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to Direct the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge,(Special Court for Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act,1989,(PCR Court), Madurai District to accept the surrender of the petitioners and consider the petitioners bail application and grant bail on the surrender itself in crime No.228 of 221/2021 on the file of the first respondent.

ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. T.Lavanya, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.Ravi, Additional Public Prosecutor On Behalf of the Respondents, this Court made the following order:

CRL MP(MD). No.3795 of 2021 This petition is filed to extend the time to comply with the order dated 12.05.2021 in Crl.OP.(MD)No.6762 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the petition and also considering the prevailing covid-19 pandemic situation, this petition is ordered and the time to surrender before the concerned Court and execute the sureties is extended by one month from the date of resumption of regular work in the Courts below, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
