Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4897/2022, dated 28.03.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
