RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time period to surrender and executed sureties in pursuance to the order dated 12.05.2021 made in CRL OP(MD).No. 6639 of 2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.VISHNURAM.G., Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time to surrender and execute sureties in pursuance to the order of this Court dated 12.05.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6639 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the petition and also considering the prevailing covid-19 pandemic situation, this petition is ordered and the time to surrender before the concerned Court and execute the sureties is extended by one month from the date of resumption of regular work in the Courts, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
