Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under section 24 Civil Proceedure Code, praying to withdraw and Transfer the H.M.O.P.No.3075/2016 pending on the file of II Additional Family Court, Chennai to Sub-Ordinate Court at Madurai to try the same. ORDER: This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the III Additional Sub Judge, Madurai vide the letter in D.No.1600/2018 dated 11.06.2018 in the presence of Mr.K.Samidurai, Advocate for the petitioner, and of Mr.M.Suresh, Advocate for the Respondent, this Court made the following order:- This Court, while disposing of the above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition on 26.07.2017, directed the learned III Additional Sub Judge, Madurai, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.3075 of 2016, within a period of six month from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. Pursuant to the order, the learned III Additional Sub Judge, Madurai, has sent a letter, dated 11.06.2018, requesting extension of a further period of six months's time to dispose of the said H.M.O.P.No.3075 of 2016.

3. Therefore, a further period of four months' time is granted to the learned III Additional Sub Judge, Madurai, to dispose of the said H.M.O.P.No.3075 of 2016. The learned Judge, is directed to report the same to this Court after passing orders. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
