ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.1 and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.03.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 417, 376 r/w. 109 of I.P.C., in Crime No.8 of 2016 on the file of the respondent Police and hence, seeks bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in custody from 13.03.2016 and a false case has been foisted against him.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that medical examination is over and the investigation has been completed.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 13.03.2016 and the investigation is over, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II,
