Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJABOOPATHY.D., Advocate for the petitioner and MR.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6308 of 2021, dated 30.04.2021.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 07.05.2021 onwards.
3.Heard both sides.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the offences, the petitioner is directed to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6308 of 2021 dated 30.04.2021, after the resumption of regular functioning of the Court below.
5. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
