Praying aside the judgment and decree dated 21.03.2005 passed in AS.No.9 of 2005 by the Principal District Judge Madurai modifying the judgment and decree dated 30.09.2004 passed in O.S.No.650 of 1999 by the III Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai.

ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Suriyanarayanan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.P.Senthil kumar Advocate for the Respondents 1- 3, this Court made the following order:

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to deposit the non judicial stamp papers before the Registry for drafting the final decree in S.A(MD)No.279 of 2006. 2.The second appeal in S.A(MD)No.279 of 2006 and Cros.Obj(MD) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

No.31 of 2010 were disposed of in terms of the joint compromise memo by common judgment dated 20.02.2020, wherein one month time was granted to the parties to deposit the necessary non judicial stamp papers before the Registry for drafting the final decree. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, due to COVID-19 pandemic, the petitioner/appellant could not comply with the direction within the time specified. Therefore, this petition for extension of time is filed.

3.The learned Counsel for the respondents has no serious objection for allowing this civil miscellaneous petition. 4.In view of the above, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the time is extended by one week from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
