Respondent Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India , praying this Court to issue of Writ Mandamus directing the Respondents 1st and 2nd to prohibit the 3rd Respondent from conducting the SANKALP-Annual Conference of Customs and GST , at Taj Fishermans Cove, Mahabalipuram, Tamilnadu, on 5th and 6th of May 2022, based on the representation made the petitioners email to the respondents 1st and 2nd on 26.04.2022 and pass such further or other orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.Gururaj, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Sankaran, Central Government Standing Counsel, for the respondent, this Court made the following order: Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed S.L.P.(C) in Diary No.18317 of 2022 in the Supreme Court of India and sought time on that ground.
