O R D E R

It is seen that this criminal original petition has been filed, challenging the summon, dated 17.03.2016, issued under Sections 111 and 107 Cr.P.C., whereby and whereunder the first respondent called upon the petitioner for enquiry on 04.04.2016, to enquire into allegations made against him.

2. Since this is only a summon, this Court is not inclined to quash the entire proceedings of the first respondent at the preliminary stage. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to appear before the first respondent with an Advocate of his choice.

3. With the above observation, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
