O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for police protection. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint against 19 persons and the same was registered by the third respondent in Cr.No.138/18. Whileso, the persons against whom the complaint was given attacked the petitioner and forced her to withdraw the complaint. Since the petitioner apprehend threat to his life, the present petition has been filed before this Court.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the police have conducted investigation, pursuant to the registration of the F.I.R and closure report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai and a Referred Charge https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sheet notice has also been served on the petitioner. 4.In view of the above development, no orders can be passed, as sought for by the petitioner. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the Court of Law and proceed in accordance with law.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is accordingly dismissed.
