ORDER

The petitioner, who is the wife seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.89 of 2016 filed by the respondent husband seeking restitution of conjugal rights on the file of the Sub-Court, Devakottai to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. 2.In the original petition itself, the address of the wife is given as No.56, M.G.R.Nagar, No.112, Athanoor Village, Sriperumputhur Taluk, Kancheepuram District. The wife now claims that she is residing at No.1, Madurai Meenakshi Street, Guindy West, Chennai.

3.Considering the convenience of the parties, I deem it fit to transfer the H.M.O.P.No.89 of 2016 to the file of the Sub-Court, Thambaram. So that, it will convenient for the husband also, since the personal appearance for every hearing is not required before the Sub-Court.

4.Hence, H.M.O.P.No.89 of 2016 pending on the file of the SubCourt, Devakottai is withdrawn from the file of the Sub-Court, Devakottai and transferred to the file of the Sub-Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Thambaram. The Sub-Court, Devakottai is directed to transmit the papers in H.M.O.P.No.89 of 2016 to the Sub-Court, Thambaram within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
