This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 743 days on the impugned order, dated 18.11.2022 made in M.C.No.15 of 2021 on the file of the learned Family Court, Theni District pending disposal of the above criminal revision case. 1/3

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two (2) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision case and post the case on 08.07.2025.
