ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed under the name and style of public interest litigation seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to revise the voters list of Constituency Nos.1 to 6 for Water Users' Association for which election is scheduled to be held on 08.05.2022.

2. Admittedly, the writ petitioner is not a member of the said Association and he has no voting right at all for the said election. Hence, the petitioner has no locus standi to seek revision of the voters list of the said Association.

3. We do not find any bonafides in the writ petition and the same stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition would not survive.
