The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 6 to take legal action against the respondents 7 to 9 under the Town and Country Planning Act and the Tirunelveli Municipal Corporation Act. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the fourth respondent submitted that based on the representation of the petitioner, action has been taken against the respondents 7 to 9.

3.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2014 is closed.
