PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings in Ref: CAD/Pen/259 dated 24.07.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to give pension from 30.04.1997 to as on date and pay the pension continuously.

Heard Mr.G.Gomathi Sankar, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for R1 & R2 and Mr.A.Jeyaram, learned counsel, appearing for the third respondent.

2.The petitioner was employed in the TVS Southern Roadways Private Limited originally. A copy of the appointment order dated 12.01.1959 is enclosed in the typed set of papers. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The case of the petitioner is that he was thereafter absorbed in the Transport Department and thereafter absorbed in the South Pandiyan Roadways Corporation. If that be so, the petitioner would be entitled to pension. But even after grant of repeated opportunity the petitioner is unable to produce any document to show that he was absorbed in the Transport Corporation Department. Therefore, the reasons set out in the impugned order cannot be faulted. There is no merit in the Writ Petition. 4.The Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
