O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent Police to register the complaint given by the petitioner on 06.05.2018 and take necessary action within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been forwarded to the District Social Welfare Officer, Dindigul and the same is pending. 3.In view of the said submission, this petition, seeking direction to the respondent to register a case is not maintainable. Hence, this petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court at a later stage for filing fresh petition. The District Social Welfare Officer, Dindigul is also directed to complete enquiry and submit report to the respondent as expeditiously as possible.
