ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who was arrested on 20.04.2021 for the offences punishable under Section 328 I.P.C and Section 6(b), 24(1) of Cigarette and Other Tobacco Products Acts 2003 and Section 77 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, in Crime No.114 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 1433kgs of banned tobacco products. 3.This is the second bail petition and the earlier petition was dismissed by this Court on 12.05.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6657 of 2021.

4. There is no change in fact situation warranting grant of bail.

5. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
