For Appellants : Mr.N.Tamilmani For Respondents : No appearance COMMON JUDGMENT These Second Appeals are directed against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.Nos.101 of 2018 and 102 of 2018 dated 01.12.2018 on the file of the Additional District Court, Palani, setting aside the judgment and decree made in O.S.Nos.84 of 2008 and 178 of 2008 dated 28.10.2015 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Palani.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants would submit that the matter was settled between the parties out of Court and also filed a Memo dated 22.11.2024 to that effect.

3. In view of the above, these Second Appeals stand dismissed as settled out of Court. The Registry is directed to refund the Court fee as per 2/4

the rules. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
