Respondent Prayer: This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code to withdraw the case in O.S.No.155 of 2019 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pudhukottai, and transfer the same to the Family Court Madurai or any other competent Court in Madurai, within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking transfer of O.S.No.155 of 2019 now pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pudhukottai to the file of any Family Court at Madurai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent vehemently contested that the case might be transferred to the Sub Court, Sivaganga since that would be equidistant to both the parties. 4.This Court however, is not pleased with the said statement, since this arrangement will cause inconvenience to both the parties. Since the respondent is a robust young man in his early 30's, he can well travel the distance to Madurai, which is not far away. 5.In fine, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Accordingly, O.S.No.155 of 2019 now pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pudhukottai is directed to be withdrawn https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Tr.C.M.P(MD)No.190 of 2020 from the said Court and transferred to the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Madurai, Madurai Town for disposal as per law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
