710 of 2015 on the file of the MACT(Additional District Judge, Pudukkottai) and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P. GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.D.SIVARAMAN Standing cousel for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking permission of this Court to withdraw half of the award amount deposited by the Transport Corporation.

2.The learned counsel for the Transport Corporation has stated that the Transport Corporation has no objection in allowing the claimants to withdraw the admitted liability of Rs.3,15,000/- with accrued interests and costs.

3. In view of the above, the claimants are permitted to withdraw the the admitted liability of Rs.3,15,000/- with accrued

interest and costs, as apportioned by the Tribunal, by filing a petition before the Tribunal.

4. This petition is accordingly ordered.
