PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the entire records connected with the impugned order passed by the third respondent dated 06.04.2022 and quash the same. For Petitioners : Mr.K.K.Kannan For R-1 & R-2 : Mr.J.Ashok, Additional Government Pleader For R-3 : Mr.S.P.Maharajan, Special Government Pleader COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) By the impugned orders challenged in the above writ petitions, he petitioners were directed to remove the encroachments made by them.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the respondents have informed this Court that the petitioners in the respective writ petitions, have removed the encroachments on their own and that the prayers in the writ petitions have become infructuous. It is stated that the petitioners in the writ petitions have also put up further constructions in their own patta lands.
