ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- It is seen that the occurrence in this case had taken place on 06.04.2005 and after great efforts, the CBCID secured this petitioner and lodged him in prison.
As this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal original petition. Permission is granted. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial in SC No.5 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided, the accused cooperate by engaging counsels and cross examine the prosecution witnesses on the date, when they are examined in chief.
