O R D E R

The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the Respondents to grant permission for conducting cultural program scheduled on 10.05.2022 and in pursuance to Car Festival of Sree Kottainachi Amman Temple situated at Kottaiyur Village, Sivagangai District and consequently to provide adequate protection on the basis of the representation dated 27.04.2022.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has given a representation on 27.04.2022 to the respondents in person seeking permission for conducting the said procession.

3. Considering the above submission, the second respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P (MD).No. 9057 of 2022 dated 27.04.2022, after issuing notice to the petitioner and counter parties if any and pass order on or before 10.05.2022.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
