ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking for a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.121 of 2018 from the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent.

2.This petition has been filed on the apprehension that the names of the 5th and 6th accused persons are sought to be deleted by the second respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that this petition has been filed only based on the apprehension. The investigation is at final stage and the final report would be filed, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the second respondent to file a final report within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
