ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the enquiry of the complaint in CSR.No.201 of 2023 on the file of the 3rd respondent competent investigation agency.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that it is a issue between the husband and wife. Finding that exagaration has been made by the petitioner in making the above said complaint it was closed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was admitted in the Uthamapalayam Government Hospital on 22.02.2023 and was discharged on the same day itself. Also produced a copy of the same, which is not readable. However, the the report shows he sustained some injuries. 2/4

4. In view of the said submission the above said complaint be reopened even though closed and defeated to enquire in accordance with law.

5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly, with the above said direction. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
