ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned III Additional District Judge, Trichirappalli to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.139 of 2013.

2. The petitioner is the seventh defendant in O.S.No.139 of 2013 on the file of the learned III Additional District Judge, Trichirappalli. The suit has been filed by the first respondent for bare injunction. However, it appears that some of the defendants were died and therefore, the suit has not been proceeded further. It appears that the suit was filed in the year 2006 as O.S.No.1079 of 2006 before the District Munsif Court, Trichy and re-numbered as 139 of 2013.

3. Considering the above, the present Civil Revision Petition stands allowed at the time of admission by directing the learned III 2/4

Additional District Judge, Trichirappalli to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 139 of 2013 (Formerly O.S.No.1079 of 2006) as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
