ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue patta in respect of the property in S.No. 633/1A1 at Ramanuthu Village, Ettaiyapuram, Ettaiyapuram Taluk, Thoothukudi District.

2. It is informed by Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader that the petitioner has not produced the requisite documents to consider his request and as and when the details are produced, his representation would be considered and orders passed.

3. Taking note of the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, the Writ Petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner to produce all 2/4

the documents and on production of the same, the respondents shall pass appropriate orders within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The documents shall be produced on receipt of the notice from the respondents. No costs.
