Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4.
2. The petitioner seeks removal of the encroachment in survey S.F.Nos.73 and 74, Pulutheri Revenue Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader confirms that the petition mentioned survey number has been classified as Vari.
4. The third respondent is directed to issue notice to the private respondent and other encroachers if any, conduct survey and if encroachments are noticed, then by adhering to due process of law, the encroachments shall be removed. The entire exercise will be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
