(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, 6 & 7, on instructions, would submit that the Ice Plant is non functional. It is needless to state that Ice plant is to be run by duly obtaining the permission / licence as the case may be. Since in the present case, the Ice Plant is non functional, no further adjudication is required and the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
