This Writ Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to register the FIR against the guilty persons by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 24.12.2021.

2. Today, when matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the complaint received from the petitioner, dated 24.12.2021 has been considered and enquired by the respondent police and after enquiry, the petitioner was closed as mistake of fact.
