Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned order of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.4829/2011/g1 dated 18.10.2011 and the consequential impugned order of the 2nd respondent in X.K.vz;.7487/2014 g2 dated 18.11.2014 and quash the same as illegal and consequentially directing the respondents to alter the petitioner's date of birth in the petitioner's service record as 06.12.1963 instead of 15.06.1960 as per the birth certificate issued by the competent authority.
