This writ petition has been filed directing the 1st and 2nd Respondents to take necessary action against the 3rd respondent to release the petitioner's seized new boat from M.C.K.Marine and Fish Dry fish store in the light of the petitioner representation, dated 17.09.2021 within the stipulated time frame.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, there is no appearance on the side of the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that during the course of enquiry, the petitioner's boat was handed over on 03.06.2023. 4.In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for further consideration. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
